We use only natural stones and gemstones in our handbag and jewelry creations, selected for their beauty and rarity.
AURI diamonds are selected for exceptional quality and natural beauty, determined by the ideal combination of color, clarity, carat weight, and cut. Every AURI diamond is conflict-free and responsibly sourced in compliance with the United Nations Kimberley Process.
Unless otherwise stated, all colored gemstones are assumed to be subjected to a stable enhancement process for color and/or clarity. These enhancements are standard practice in the industry to optimize the natural beauty of the stones. We fully disclose all treatments to provide transparency and maintain trust in the quality of our pieces.
Garnets, including rhodolite and tsavorite, naturally possess vibrant and desirable colors without the need for enhancement. The color and clarity of garnets are stable and typically do not benefit from treatments as some other gemstones do.

The descriptions of the products provided on our website are as precise as possible. However, characteristics may vary from one piece to another, notably regarding the colors and features of stones, chain lengths, weight of precious metals, carat weight and exact number of gemstones.
Orders and Customizations
Each AURI creation is made to order to precise specifications. Due to the craftsmanship involved, please allow approximately ten to twelve weeks for delivery. This time frame ensures that every item is crafted with the highest attention to detail and quality.
Please note that made to order pieces are crafted upon purchase but are not customized.
Customized items, created to your specific preferences, are a separate service and are non-returnable.

We are unable to modify or cancel your aurionline.com order once placed. However, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, in accordance with our return policy. Please note that customized items are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
Payment, Shipping and Taxes
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Diner’s Club and Discover.
We also accept digital payments via Apple Pay.
Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase.
AURI offers complimentary shipping on all orders. Items purchased at aurionline.com will arrive via insured delivery service and require a direct signature. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories may take additional time. Please note that we do not deliver to international addresses, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, hospitals, freight forwarders or directly to UPS and FedEx store locations.
AURI is not responsible for delays caused by weather, actions of the shipping company or circumstances beyond our control.
Sales, use, or other taxes may apply based on the delivery location. The amount of tax charged will vary depending on where the products are shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
AURI offers complimentary returns on online orders received within 14 days of delivery or in-person orders within 14 days of purchase, provided the AURI shipping tag remains attached to the item. Items with the AURI shipping tag removed cannot be returned. Please note that customized items are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact customerservice@aurionline.com within 14 days of delivery to obtain a return authorization number and a return shipping label. Packages must have a return authorization number to be accepted.
AURI will accept merchandise for return only if it is in unused, unaltered, and saleable condition. Returns must be made in the original packaging with the AURI shipping tag attached. Please seal the return package using the security tape provided in your original shipment. Customized items and items showing signs of wear are not eligible for return. AURI reserves the right to refuse any returns.
Refunds will be issued upon verification that returned items are in unused, unaltered and saleable condition, with the AURI shipping tag still attached.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the return has been verified and completed in accordance with our return procedures.
Items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt if they are in unused, unaltered, and saleable condition with the AURI shipping tag attached. Customized items and items showing signs of wear are not eligible for exchange. If the replacement item is of lower value than the exchanged item, a refund will be issued for the price difference. Please contact customerservice@aurionline.com to initiate the exchange process.
